If you have subscribed to a product of ours on a 5-days trial basis for €2.00, we recommend that you download your latest bank statement to identify the transaction - all transactions managed by us are processed with 3D Secure technology.
You have the right to cancel your subscription period at any time. There is no mandatory subscription period for any of our products. Please log into your account to cancel your subscription. Once your subscription has been cancelled, we will make no further charges to your card. Please keep in mind that cancellation does no apply to all services purchased or still active on your account.
Due to technical restrictions, you may not terminate a subscription until 24 hours after the purchase has been finalized. If you must cancel your service subscription before this period, please contact our customer support immediately. Any cancellation must be requested before the end of the trial period or the service will automatically extend into a basic subscription. After your cancellation has been registered with us, no further charges will be made. You can reactivate your subscription later on, or register a new account. Cancellation of one service does not affect other active services linked to your journeysfit.com* user account. journeysfit.com will send a cancellation notice confirming your request to the e-mail address provided when you registered the initial account. Non-delivered cancellation notices do not affect the validity of your cancellation request, which is based on the data recorded in our journeysfit.com user database. It is your own responsibility to provide us with a valid e-mail address. It is also your responsibility as a customer to ensure that important notifications are not sent to your spam folder. Our trial subscription plan is non-refundable. We do not grant refunds for monthly
subscriptions that have only been used partially. We do, on occasion, grant a refund
but the amount and terms applicable to such a refund, as well as our decision to
grant it, are at our sole discretion.
Your purchase comes with a withdrawal
clause. This means that you have the right to cancel a purchase if the service has
not been activated. After you have accepted the purchase and logged into your
journeysfit.com account, you have automatically activated your trial period. In order
to withdraw, you must first log off the journeysfit.com platform. Do not log back
into your account. Contact our customer support by e-mail immediately afterwards if
you wish to cancel your subscription. We will terminate the service immediately and
grant you a refund.
To access a service on our platform, you must pay the amount of €2.00 for a 5-days trial period. This trial subscription fee is non-refundable the moment you activate the service. You can still request a refund if the service hasn't been activated
Our service comes with a 5-days subscription trial of €2.00 with a fixed period. Once this trial period is over, your trial subscription plan turns into a basic subscription plan in accordance with our terms of service, to which you have agreed. By cancelling your trial subscription before the end of the trial period, you can prevent this from happening. If you wish to request for a cancellation, please contact us directly.
